Job summary

Lancôme is seeking a dynamic Field Coach to drive retail sales and elevate customer experience across its counters in department stores and retail locations. You will coach Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, selling skills, and service techniques to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with retail managers to execute in-store events, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with retail partners. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cosmetic sales and/or training experience, preferably in a luxury brand.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and motivate individuals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in makeup artistry techniques and applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing Beauty Advisors to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, and makeup skills.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on performance.
• Identify learning needs and tailor coaching strategies.
• Facilitate group training on product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions; manage staffing and inventory.
• Maintain records of coaching activities, sales data, and event results; report to management.
