Qualifications

• Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Experience as automotive service technician with Porsche vehicles or equivalent manufacturer training.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal workshop activities related to PDI vehicles, Used Cars, accessory installations, and homologation requirements.
• Create, manage, and track internal job orders in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Schedule resources with Workshop Controllers and Technicians to minimise disruption to service operations.
• Liaise with Sales, Used Car Operations, Parts, Warranty and Aftersales teams to align timelines and specs.
• Ensure all work aligns with Porsche guidelines, local regulations and internal processes.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays or issues to the Workshop Manager when needed.
• Maintain records of completed work and homologation documents for audits.
