Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a customer-focused Service Consultant to be the primary contact for customers and workshop teams, delivering exceptional service from initial contact to final vehicle handover. You will manage the service workflow, prepare job orders and cost estimates, monitor progress, and keep customers and technicians informed while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Consultant experience, especially with a luxury brand, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to superb customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 4 years of driving experience.
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day week (alternate Saturdays) and relocate to Changi in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and service consultations, listen and understand concerns, use diagnostic tools, explain services clearly.
• Manage the service workflow: schedule appointments, prepare job orders and cost estimates, monitor progress, update customers.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and promotions to meet after-sales targets.
• Review completed jobs with technicians to ensure standards are met and explain work to customers.
• Document all work, maintain repair records, and oversee the billing process.
• Ensure timely payments are collected per Porsche guidelines (deposits and final payments).
• Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and address complaints promptly.
• Stay updated on Porsche service procedures and latest technical advancements.
