Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Singapore is seeking a motivated Intern in the Customer Excitement team to help shape how customers discover, experience and connect with the brand. You'll participate in campaigns, content creation, and events, gaining exposure to luxury brand communications and digital marketing.

You'll develop storytelling skills, analyze data, support partner initiatives, and learn across functions from branding to CRM.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in communications/PR/marketing or related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a creative flair for producing engaging content and copies.
• Good Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• A team player with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and a high motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and media relations.
• Support content management and digital marketing activities, including SEM and analytics.
• Track KPIs and analyze competitor activities across channels.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to align strategic objectives.
