Job summary

The Atelier & Co Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable retail professional to manage both our e-commerce platform and physical outlets. You will drive daily sales, fulfill orders, and nurture customer relationships with a high level of service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of luxury retail experience, excellent communication, an outgoing personality, and a track record with VIP clients. Social media familiarity is a plus; Singaporean/PR status is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate required.
• 1–2 years retail sales experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Sales-focused with energy and results.
• VIP client management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media (Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).
• Singaporean Citizen/PR required.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platform.
• Manage retail outlet(s).
• Effectively manage daily retail sales, order fulfillment, and customer relationships.
• Provide a high-standard level of customer service, be proactive, and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising per company guidelines and brand standards.
• Manage retail promotions, sales, and marketing programs.
• Effectively manage loyalty program.
