Job summary

Universal (Hong Kong) Technology Ltd. seeks an experienced Lubrication Specialist to join our Singapore operations, providing advanced technical expertise in lubricant testing equipment and supporting sales efforts.

The role blends customer support, technical consultation, and business development, acting as a subject matter expert on ASTM lubricant testing methodologies and equipment from leading manufacturers, while supporting field service activities and customer implementation projects

Qualifications

Diploma in Chemical engineering, Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong foundation in analytical chemistry, petroleum products chemistry, tribology, and instrumentation principles.

Responsibilities

Identify and support sales opportunities within the lubricant industry in Singapore, including oil refineries, automotive suppliers, chemical companies, and independent testing laboratories.
Provide pre-sales technical consultation to prospective customers, translating their testing requirements into appropriate equipment solutions.
Conduct technical demonstrations and present customized proposals for lubricant testing equipment packages.
Support account executives with technical product guidance during client meetings and negotiations.
Assist in the development of industry-specific sales strategies and positioning for lubricant analysis products.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions related to lubricant testing and petroleum products.
Gather and communicate market intelligence on customer needs, emerging testing standards, and competitive activities within the lubricant sector.
Generate technical quotations and specifications for lubricant testing equipment configurations.
