Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Statistics & Service Systems Development. You will join a team designing automation and AI solutions to transform vehicle data services, building RPA workflows and AI-enabled tools, and delivering visually compelling dashboards for policy makers and the public.

You will partner with leadership and diverse stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prototype solutions, and promote digital tool

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline; preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or Design/Human-Computer Interaction would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience developing RPA solutions (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate) and/or AI tools, including prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflow design.
• Strong design sensibility to craft clean, user-friendly dashboards, visualisations and reports for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with Python, SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail when working with complex datasets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

What the role is

ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATISTICS & SERVICE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

What you will be working on

You will be part of a team that designs and develops automation and AI solutions to transform how vehicle-related data services are delivered at LTA. This includes building robotic process automation (RPA) workflows to streamline business processes, developing and deploying AI-enabled tools, and creating intuitive, well-designed dashboards and data products for internal and external stakeholders. Working with rich datasets on vehicle-related statistics in Singapore, you will translate complex data into clear, visually compelling insights that support policy-making and feature in publications on the LTA and OneMotoring websites. You will partner closely with the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prototype solutions, and drive adoption of digital tools across the division.

What we are looking for
