Job summary

LTA Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager, Technology, Operations Policy and Strategy to shape national road operations policy and drive transformation. You will influence policy at a national level, champion innovation and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organisation to keep Singapore moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline with 2 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in policy, strategy, operations, programme management or a related field will be a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and the ability to develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a growth mindset and interest in innovation and technology.

What you will be working on

You will influence national-level operational policies, champion innovation and work with stakeholders across the organisation to keep Singapore moving safely and efficiently.
