Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager/Manager, Technology, Ops Policy and Strategy to shape national road operations policies and drive innovation in road asset maintenance, traffic management, enforcement and compliance.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to balance public needs with operational objectives and to transform policy through data, technology and new operating models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in policy, strategy, operations or programme management.
• Experience in policy/strategy roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent writing, presenting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with a growth mindset.

[What the role is]DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY, OPS POLICY AND STRATEGY[What you will be working on]Join us to solve complex problems, shape policy and transform Singapore’s road operations, specifically on road asset maintenance, traffic management, as well as enforcement and compliance.
