Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager, Technology, OPS Policy and Strategy to lead policy and transformation initiatives for road operations. You will shape national policies on road asset maintenance, traffic management and enforcement, working with diverse stakeholders to keep Singapore moving safely and efficiently.

The role blends policy, technology and operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in any discipline
• Experience in policy, strategy, operations, programme management or related field is a bonus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good judgement
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with growth mindset and interest in innovation and technology

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement policies for road asset maintenance, traffic management, enforcement and compliance.
• Assess operational challenges and recommend practical interventions that balance operational effectiveness, public needs and organisational objectives.
• Review frameworks and processes to keep them relevant, effective and future-ready.
• Leverage technology, data, new operating models and global best practices to improve policy effectiveness, operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Drive strategic and transformation initiatives that strengthen LTA’s road operations capabilities.
• Partner stakeholders across divisions to align policies, processes and operational priorities.
• Engage senior management, secure buy-in and represent the division in cross-functional workgroups and forums.
