Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks an Engineer, Road Design & Infra Analytics to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team delivering road and commuter infrastructure projects aimed at improving travel for all users.

You will support planning and design, engage with government agencies, conduct feasibility studies, and develop innovative, user-centric road solutions, including transit priority corridors, to realise a car-lite nation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in design, coordination and management of civil/transport infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

[What the role is] [LTA-IDE] ENGINEER, ROAD DESIGN & INFRA ANALYTICS

[What you will be working on] You will be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the planning and design of road and commuter infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing the travel experience for all users, including commuters, motorists, cyclists, and active mobility users. Your work will contribute to our vision of a car-lite nation and support the national economy by redefining users' travel experiences through innovative design development and implementation of strategic road infrastructure projects, including transit priority corridors. You will engage with various government agencies while conducting feasibility studies and design developments, allowing you to exercise your creativity and design thinking skills in conceptualizing and designing user‑centric road and commuter infrastructure solutions.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent, with relevant technical knowledge
• Willingness to learn, with good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant experience in the design, coordination and management of civil engineering and/or transport infrastructure projects is preferred
