Zusammenfassung

HashOptima is seeking a Backend Java/Python Developer to join its core development team in Singapore. You will work on greenfield projects building large-scale trading and quotation systems, delivering low-latency production code and collaborating with Research/Quant teams on pricing and hedging models.

You will mentor junior developers, lead design reviews, and adapt to flexible hours to address production emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Java/Python application development.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving.
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, web services, REST.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Experience with AI coding agents is preferred.
• Familiarity with derivatives trading or finance is a plus.
• Asian time zones preferred.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math preferred.
• Experience with agent-driven workflows and Jira/GitHub integrations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Participate in all stages of SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Deliver high-quality production code for low-latency trading systems.
• Collaborate with Research/Quant to build pricing and hedging models.
• Liaise with trading and product teams to develop new trading products.
• Establish and improve trading system infrastructure for large-scale positions.
• Implement and improve risk management and position-monitoring tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive root-cause solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
• Be available during flexible hours for production emergencies.
• Leverage AI coding agents as core part of daily workflow.
