Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, while building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems. The role emphasizes secure coding, performance optimization, CI/CD, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise app development and modern architecture.
• ≥4 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Experience supporting applications on AWS, GCC or equivalent cloud platforms; working knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, networking, security, HA and DR.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in modern application architecture, software design principles, and enterprise application development.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using the OutSystems platform
• Familiar with supporting applications on AWS, GCC or equivalent cloud platforms, with working knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, networking, security, high availability and disaster recovery
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills to deliver reliable solutions in a collaborative environment.
