Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Low Code Engineer (OutSystems) on-site in Redhill, Singapore. The role focuses on designing and delivering secure, scalable OutSystems applications and integrations, with strong full-stack capabilities across backend services and frontend interfaces.

You will leverage C#/.NET, SQL Server and modern frontend tech, while applying best practices for deployment, monitoring and production support in a cloud-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, LifeTime, Service Center, deployment processes and development best practices.
• Experience designing secure, scalable and maintainable OutSystems applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues across applications, workflows, timers, integrations and platform.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; backend services and APIs design.
• Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React or Vue.
• MS SQL Server skills: data modelling, complex queries, performance optimisation, production troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing integrations with REST, SOAP or APIs.
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms; IIS/Windows Server, networking, security, HA/DR.
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and observability; IaC is a plus.

• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, LifeTime, Service Center, deployment processes and development best practices.
• Experience designing secure, scalable and maintainable OutSystems applications and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot application, workflow, timer, integration and platform issues in production environments. Full-Stack Engineering
• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in modern application architecture and design.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET, with experience designing and developingbackend services and APIs.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development usingJavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including data modelling, complexqueries, performance optimisation and production troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST, SOAP or other API technologies.
• Experience supporting applications on AWS, GCC or equivalent cloud platforms,with working knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, networking, security, highavailability and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automatedtesting, monitoring, logging, observability and production incident management;familiarity with Infrastructure as Code is an advantage
