Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering.
• Leadership and people-management experience from university or projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Receiving operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of receipts for all incoming shipments and materials.
• Develop workflows, operating procedures, and maintain documentation controls.
• Drive standardization and process improvements for warehouse operations using AI-based tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to rectify discrepancies (damages, shortages).
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including storage and item issuance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure 100% cycle count accuracy.
• Ensure materials issuance follows First expiry first out and IP protection rules.
• Monitor cold storage compliance and calibrate/maintain equipment.
• Conduct regular audits and identify improvement opportunities; pursue automation/AI insights.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
