Job summary

Louis Vuitton’s South Asia Logistics & Warehouse team seeks a driven intern to support data analytics and operations optimization. You will centralize data from WMS, TMS, and OMS, build KPI dashboards, and translate complex warehouse data into actionable insights.

You'll work with SAP, PowerBI, Excel, and SQL, assisting on CITES management, ATA Carnets, and shipments. A growth-oriented role within a luxury Maison.

Qualifications

• 2-year undergraduate curriculum completed in engineering, CS, business or supply chain/operations.
• MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• PowerBI knowledge is desired with data visualization capabilities.
• Programming skills in VBA and SQL are a plus; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability; strong data orientation.
• Organized, inquisitive, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data consolidation across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases; analyze operational trends.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
• Translate warehouse data into ad-hoc reports and visualizations for decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
• End-to-end CITES management, including applications and renewals for exotic goods.
• Support internal sales events by managing SAP inventory and post-event processing.

Job responsabilities

Warehouse Operations & Analytics

• Data Consolidation & Analytics: Centralize and analyze data across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases to uncover operational trends and serve as the analytical backbone for warehouse operations.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Partner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to design and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for optimization.
• Reporting & Visualizations: Translate complex warehouse data into clear, impactful ad-hoc reports and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that continuously elevate supply chain efficiency.

Logistics & Compliance

• End-to-End CITES Management:Manage and optimize the workflow for CITES shipping documentation (certification for exotic products), covering applications, cancellations, renewals, and proactive troubleshooting for potential gaps.
• Internal Sales Events & ATA Carnets:Support internal sales events by managing inventory on SAP (including post-event processing for ATA Carnets and Temporary Imports) to guarantee seamless alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
• Shipment Reconciliation: Oversee pending incoming shipments across all transportation modes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery into Singapore.
• Process Enhancement: Partner with the Logistics team to review current workloads, identify inefficiencies, and champion process improvements that enhance daily operational productivity.

Profile

• 2-year undergraduate curriculum completed, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline, with strong quantitative focus.
• MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• PowerBI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
