Qualifications

• 2-year undergraduate curriculum completed, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline, with strong quantitative focus.
• MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• PowerBI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Inquisitive, open-minded and ability to see opportunities.
• Organized, meticulous and data oriented. Possess reliability in his/her analysis.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
• Team spirit with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Consolidation & Analytics across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking with Senior Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Reporting & Visualizations: Ad-hoc reports and visualizations.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functional teams for data-driven recommendations.
• End-to-End CITES Management: shipping documentation workflow including applications and renewals.
• Manage SAP inventory for internal sales events & ATA Carnets.
• Shipment Reconciliation: oversee pending incoming shipments across transport modes.
• Process Enhancements: review workloads and champion improvements.

Job responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Analytics

• Data Consolidation & Analytics: Centralize and analyze data across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases to uncover operational trends and serve as the analytical backbone for warehouse operations.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Partner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to design and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for optimization.
• Reporting & Visualizations: Translate complex warehouse data into clear, impactful ad-hoc reports and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that continuously elevate supply chain efficiency.

Logistics & Compliance

• End-to-End CITES Management:Manage and optimize the workflow for CITES shipping documentation (certification for exotic products), covering applications, cancellations, renewals, and proactive troubleshooting for potential gaps.
• Internal Sales Events & ATA Carnets:Support internal sales events by managing inventory on SAP (including post-event processing for ATA Carnets and Temporary Imports) to guarantee seamless alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
• Shipment Reconciliation: Oversee pending incoming shipments across all transportation modes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery into Singapore.
• Process Enhancement: Partner with the Logistics team to review current workloads, identify inefficiencies, and champion process improvements that enhance daily operational productivity.
