Job summary

The Warehouse Assistant / Driver at INITIA Group supports daily warehouse, logistics, and outlet delivery operations across Singapore. This role handles receiving, storage, picking, packing, and deliveries to outlets while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe warehouse environment.

You will assist with deliveries from suppliers, support new outlet openings, and collaborate with procurement and operations to meet daily logistics needs.

Qualifications

• Secondary School / High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in F&B, retail, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English for work instructions and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries for accurate storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely and ensure proper handling during transport.
• Maintain proper inventory storage and conduct stock checks.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and collect items from suppliers.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and complies with road safety regulations.
• Support new outlet openings and other logistics tasks as needed.
