Job summary

BIOTRONIK SE & Co.KG is seeking a Logistics Technician II (Afternoon shift) in Singapore to support daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse storage, and SAP-driven material movements. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics/manufacturing, with SAP and Excel proficiency, and a preference for medical device industry familiarity. This is a full-time on-site position located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• NTC/ITE: at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/manufacturing environment.
• GCE O/N Level: at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Prior working experience in medical devices industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; perform Goods Receipt (GR) and related SAP transactions.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment; complete SAP delivery, Goods Issue (GI) and invoicing transactions.
• Move pallets and materials safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, or MHE.
• Support shopfloor material replenishment through Kanban or direct transfer material transfer postings in SAP.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Use SAP and Excel to update stock movements, queries, and simple reports.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to storage requirements.
• Follow safety rules, GMP requirements, and proper handling procedures.
• Report material shortages, damages, discrepancies, or system issues to Supervisor timely.

Logistics Technician II (Afternoon shift)

The Logistics Technician II supports daily logistics operations. This is a hands on role involving receiving inbound shipment, picking, packing, and arranging outbound shipment, managing warehouse storage and material transfer to production. The job requires frequent use of SAP to record and track material movements accurately.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• NTC/ ITE: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment.
• GCE O/N Level: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment.
• Prior working experience in medical devices industry is preferable.
• Familiar with ISO13485 and cGMP is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels.
• Well verse in SAP and Microsoft application such as Excel is preferable.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks.
