Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support role to coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across internal and external stakeholders. The position offers a 44-hour work week with a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 and requires a valid forklift license.

The successful candidate will assist in resolving operational issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This role is on-site at the West location.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational and logistics matters.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
• Support the Manager in managing and improving overall logistics activities.
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects.
