Job summary

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, seeking a Solutions Executive (Logistics) to design and cost solutions for new client bids in the Asia Pacific region. This role involves data collection, tender analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will create costing models for warehousing and distribution, develop proposals, and design process flows and layouts. Singapore-based with regional exposure and opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry.
• Experience managing budgets for regional projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and analysis for client tenders.
• Prepare costing models and pricing calculations for warehousing and distribution solutions.
• Develop client proposals and presentation materials.
• Design warehouse layouts, process flows and resource plans.
• Review operational processes and productivity performance.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and overseas counterparts on solution development.
• Support automation and continuous improvement projects.
