Job summary

RULAI LOGISTICS is seeking an energetic sales lead to supervise the sales team and drive targets for monthly and annual periods. You will nurture relationships with logistics clients and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

You will coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service, monitor market trends and provide coaching, reports, and forecasts to support growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential logistics clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate service agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely logistics services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze sales performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and contribute to business growth.
