Job summary

Allied Container Group is seeking a recruitment professional to support end-to-end hiring for operations, admin, and depot teams in Singapore. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and maintain recruitment data for roles from operations executives to drivers and warehouse staff.

You will post on JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, and Workforce SG, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare offers, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruitment or HR admin. experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or blue-collar hiring.
• Familiar with JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, Workforce SG, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse candidate groups.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple open roles.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on platforms to attract qualified candidates for logistics and operations roles.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for various logistics and operational positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments with Heads of Departments, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents for smooth new hire integration.
• Support new hire orientation to ensure effective assimilation into the company.
• Maintain weekly recruitment trackers to report vacancies, time-to-fill, pipeline, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and job portals to manage mass hiring for driver and warehouse roles when required.
• Use MS Excel and Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics and generate reports.
• Communicate with white-collar and blue-collar candidates to engage and assess suitability.
• Organize and manage multiple open recruitment roles to meet hiring targets.
