KLN Logistics Centre (Tampines) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-focused Logistics Clerk to handle receipt of shipments, verification against documents, and data entry.

You will file documents, process goods receipts and issues in the system, assist with loading/unloading, and support ad-hoc projects. Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication is required. Working location Greenwich Drive / Tangjong Penjuru on-site; minimum 2 years of related experience and a proactive, adaptable attitude

Formación

• Min ‘O’ level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving of incoming shipment/goods.
• Check incoming shipment/goods for discrepancies and inform buyer via email.
• Filing of all incoming documents.
• Perform goods receipts in system.
• Goods issue in system.
• Handle loading and unloading, packing and packing when necessary.
• Update data in MS Excel.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
