Job summary

element14 Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to support quality excellence in our logistics and distribution operations at Changi South. You will manage customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams.

You will lead continuous improvement projects, develop quality KPIs and dashboards (Power BI preferred), and ensure ISO 9001 compliance through audits and document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain & Logistics related discipline.
• 1–2 years in Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations or Customer Quality.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and quality incidents from receipt through closure.
• Perform root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, A3, 8D.
• Coordinate CAPA with operational stakeholders.
