Job summary

ELEMENT14 PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to support quality excellence in logistics and distribution.

You will manage customer complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data analysis using Excel and Power BI, and maintaining ISO 9001 compliance within our QMS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Customer Quality.
• Experience handling customer complaints and corrective action processes.
• Experience in ISO 9001 certified environments preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and quality incidents from receipt through closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, A3, 8D).
• Coordinate CAPA with operational stakeholders.
• Monitor complaint trends and drive systemic improvements.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and dashboards.
