S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Product Executive to support the marketing and development of our logistics products in Singapore.

This role focuses on product marketing, market research, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination to promote services and drive growth. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Logistics, or related field, with 1–3 years of marketing or product support experience.

Qualifications

• Marketing or business-related degree required with 1–3 years of experience.
• Ability to produce bilingual marketing materials in English and Mandarin.
• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Product, Sales and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns for logistics services.
• Develop engaging content for the company website, social media, and newsletters.
• Support events, exhibitions, and partnership initiatives.
• Develop and update product marketing materials and sales presentations.
• Prepare product comparison sheets, FAQs, and supporting materials for Sales.
• Support sales training by providing updated product information and market insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to support product improvements and marketing.
• Monitor logistics industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to keep information up to date.
