Job summary

FedEx Asia Pacific is seeking an Operations Support Agent/Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate completion of supply chain processes. You will identify anomalies, resolve them according to defined rules, and escalate as needed to senior team members.

You will also communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, and support data reporting and integrity across systems. The role requires attention to detail and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• Academic: Secondary education or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete defined processes and procedures to deadlines with accuracy and quality.
• Identify anomalies and resolve using established rules and procedures; escalate to senior team members when needed.

• Validate and prepare reports; input data and ensure data integrity in company systems.
• Assist in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.
