Responsibilities include organizing, tracking and balancing product movements, creating schedules and nominations, and ensuring ships meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. You will analyze transport economics, manage inventory, and work with inspection authorities to minimize delivery risk while

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct experience in liquid cargo operations.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of marine chartering and market trends.
• Knowledge of terminals, logistics, and refinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and track physical product movements.
• Coordinate ship owners/brokers for availability and freight.
• Create schedules and nominations based on demand and stocks.
• Ensure vessels meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Monitor demurrage risks and optimize inventory.
• Maintain ETRM system with scheduling data.
