Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced logistics professional to support shipment operation activities related to coal importation, including contract management, planning, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include drafting contracts, handling LC drafts, vessel nomination, shipment execution, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a trading business (specialist) or 7 years (manager).
Familiar with Import/Export procedures and INCOTERMS.
Knowledge of GAFTA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Draft purchase and sale contract templates to expedite issuance.
Review C/P terms against sale contracts for alignment.
Execute shipments including stock and laycan planning.
Prepare LC drafts and ensure clean presentation of documents.
Coordinate with finance for LC issuance.
Prepare shipping documents: bill of lading, packing list, COO, COA, COW.
Nominate vessels and monitor movements; update buyers.
Liaise with accounts to process invoices and documents for payment.
Ensure timely settlement of receivables and payment incl. freight.
Maintain the operational database and support reporting.
Support working capital management and cash flow requirements.
Identify risks and opportunities; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
