Job summary

ACW Engineering & Marine Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to manage daily counter operations and coordinate gate activities, ensuring timely support to customers and hauliers. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle documentation and CMS updates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or relevant experience in customer service or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with logistics or container/tank operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems (CMS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify drivers’ and trucks’ details, including booking and release references, as well as CMS bookings.
• Create, check, and issue Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs) for in-gate and out-gate movements with tank numbers, size/type, and condition.
• Confirm tank holds and releases, ensuring AV condition with valid cleaning certificates prior to gate movements.
• Respond promptly to customers’ storage and release orders via email.
• Create and process storage and release orders in the CMS system.
• Prepare and send daily inventory reports to designated customers.
• Update release order details in shared folders to facilitate cleaning certificates and hydrotests.
• Collect DHC/EFS charges from hauliers via PayNow and generate daily collection reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of all operational records.
