Job summary

Surbana Jurong is hiring a Logistics Officer to support the Logistics Supervisor and Project Manager in day-to-day operations, manpower planning, logistics coordination and admin tasks to ensure site operations run safely and to client standards.

The role requires security clearance up to CAT 2A, ITE certification or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• ITE certification or equivalent is required.
• Literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Security clearance up to CAT 2A is required.
• Preferred: at least three years in Supply Chain or Logistics management.
• Experience with Procurement IT Systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying manpower to meet project requirements.
• Support daily site operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory control and stock management.
• Load/unload items from vessels and support events/exhibitions as needed.
