Job summary

SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Officer, Ticket Service Provider to manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, spare-parts distribution, and basic technical support.

The role requires Electronics or Electro-Mechatronics training, a Singapore Class 3 Driving License, and willingness to work rotating shifts (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Technical training in Electronics or Electro-Mechatronics engineering.
• Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, pack, and store assets and parts while ensuring accurate tagging.
• Assist in SLM repair workflows and perform functional testing to identify root causes.
• Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and FIFO stock control.
• Issue, dispatch, and distribute modules and sub-components to support maintenance tasks.
• Record asset movements in MMS and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain storerooms' organization, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

As a Logistics Officer, Ticket Service Provider, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, timely spare-parts distribution and basic technical support.

Key Tasks you will be involved in

• Receive, unpack, inspect, pack, and store incoming and outgoing assets, spare parts, and system equipment to preserve asset condition, eliminate discrepancies, and maintain an organized storage environment, by matching physical items against delivery documents and performing precise equipment tagging.

• Assist in Second Line Maintenance (SLM) workshop repair workflows, investigating complicated fault scenarios, and performing of functional testing/troubleshooting to identify failure root causes and ensure repaired units fulfill operational standards.

• Perform regular stocktaking exercises, cycle counts, and physical inventory auditing tasks to prevent asset obsolescence, secure optimal spare parts availability, and verify stock record accuracy, by strictly adhering to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) tracking principles.

• Execute the issuance, dispatch, and physical distribution of required modules and sub-components onsite to support uninterrupted daily maintenance tasks and minimize asset downtime, by coordinating logistics timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Record and update asset details and movements history within the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to guarantee high data integrity and allow accurate configuration tracking across the department, by systematically logging daily inventory changes and asset status.

• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and security of the storerooms to eliminate occupational hazards and ensure complete alignment with safety regulations, by strictly executing tasks according to established SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).

• Perform any other duties assigned.

• Punctual and disciplined. Able to work on shift arrangement (0700-1630 / 1300-2230), including weekends & public holidays. Comfortable with working overtime if required.
