Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to handle customer and vendor communications, process shipments, and manage documentation.

You will activate shipments in the system, coordinate transport, arrange customs clearance, generate invoices, and produce daily operations reports. Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and email enquiries
• Activate/register shipments to system
• Coordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement
• Arrange for customs clearance application
• Generate invoice for services
• Generate daily operations reports
• Update Track and Trace events
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $3250 (depending on relevant experiences) - Gross Salary can up to $3500++
• Paid Overtime
