Talent First Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our Benoi site in Singapore. The role involves coordinating cargo movements, preparing shipment documentation and liaising with customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm. The company offers AWS, a performance bonus, and other good benefits, with transport provided from Boon Lay MRT.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate warehouse cargo movements, shipment documentation and customer orders
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and logistics documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely cargo readiness and deliveries
• Update cargo status and maintain accurate records in WMS and TMS systems
• Liaise with customers on shipment status, delivery arrangements and logistics matters
• Handle ad-hoc logistics and administrative duties as required
