Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Bedok is seeking a logistics coordination professional to manage freight bookings and ensure timely shipments for a multinational logistics environment.

You will process shipments in ERP/WMS systems, coordinate with freight forwarders, and handle customer documentation such as PGI and GR records.

Collaborate with IT/SOA teams to resolve system issues and monitor discrepancies reported by customers and feeder factories.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or WMS.

• Process and update shipment transactions using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
• Liaise with freight forwarders for finished goods collection and delivery coordination.
• Manage customer documentation, including PGI and GR records.
• Work closely with SOA/IT teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Monitor and report incoming goods discrepancies to customers and feeder factories.

• Working Hour : Mon - Fri / 8am - 5.18pm
