Job summary

BEAUTIFUL MUM SERANGOON PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Stock Controller to manage stock in and out, monitor movements, and prepare inventory reports from our Tai Seng operation. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong coordination with outlets.

You will ensure accurate stock records, support delivery arrangements, and maintain orderly filing. This full-time position is based on site in Singapore with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Prior logistics, warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate records of all stock in and out
• Monitor stock movements and transfers to different outlets
• Record and update stock whenever items are sent to outlets
• Prepare regular stock movement and inventory reports
• Check incoming stock and ensure quantities are accurate
• Maintain proper stock records and filing
• Assist with delivery arrangements and other logistics duties when required

Location: Tai Seng MRT, 1 Min Walking Distance

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
