Job summary

Beautiful Mum Paya Lebar PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Stock/Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations at Tai Seng MRT. You will manage stock records, monitor movements, and assist with deliveries to outlets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organized with strong attention to detail, able to work independently, and possess basic computer skills. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, on-site position with opportunities to streamline inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory preferred.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate records of all stock in and out
• Monitor stock movements and transfers to different outlets
• Record and update stock whenever items are sent to outlets
• Prepare regular stock movement and inventory reports
• Check incoming stock and ensure quantities are accurate
• Maintain proper stock records and filing
• Assist with delivery arrangements and other logistics duties when required

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
