Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years leading complex logistics or operations programs with scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end finished goods fulfillment and global supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Launch Planning & Readiness: develop and execute logistics launch strategies across global and regional stakeholders.
- Execution & Risk Mitigation: monitor critical milestones and drive rapid mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: connect Global Logistics, Regional Fulfillment, Operations Leadership, IS&T.
- Continuous Improvement: lead post-launch reviews, automate workflows, and improve playbooks.
- Strategic Initiatives: contribute to projects that scale logistics and enhance customer delivery.
