Job summary

ENERGY ALLOYS PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent Order Processing & Inventory staff to manage daily work orders and inventories for our Singapore office.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and may take on additional duties from the Order Processing Manager as needed. Key tasks include planning production schedules, closing daily work orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years or more of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Able to manage deadlines and work well in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily sawing schedules for Production
• Complete daily closure of production work orders
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules
• Assist the Shipping team in managing daily logistics operations
• Provide support to the Order Processing Manager
• Provide support to the Director of Operations
• Handle general shipping administrative tasks
• Perform inventory processing duties
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
