Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst to support buy/sell side transactions in the capital markets, with a focus on financial modelling and market analysis.

You will review cash flow projections, prepare proposals and information packages, and assist with due diligence, pitches, and collective sale initiatives, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate.
• Relevant 2-3 years’ experience in real estate for Senior Analyst position;
• Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the execution of buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business.
• Conduct financial modelling, focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc.
• Review client / operator’s cash flow projections and support with benchmarking analyses.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on sell side transactions
• Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals;
• Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.
• Involvement in advising, organising and managing collective sale exercises of condominiums, commercial, industrial and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
• Assist in handling and convincing collective sale owners to part-take in their estates’ collective sale exercises.
• Assist in the marketing and execution of land and collective sale development sites.
