Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate shipment loading, process import/export documents, and manage LC procedures. You will draft purchase and sales agreements, generate invoices, and maintain ERP records with accuracy.

The successful candidate will bring a 2+ year background in logistics operations, strong English/Mandarin skills (Cantonese beneficial), and solid MS Office proficiency. This is a permanent role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, shipping coordination or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) procedures and documentation.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication, including Cantonese for liaising with China/HK stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to organize and manage shipment loading schedules.
• Process and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with shipping requirements.
• Handle import/export documentation and letters of credit.
• Draft and administer purchase and sales agreements accurately and promptly.
• Perform data entry, generate invoices, and maintain records using the ERP system.
