Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to support local deliveries, warehouse controls and online order processing. Based in Singapore, you will liaise with carriers, update systems and assist with procurement and inventory control for timely fulfilment.

Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, at the Ubi location. A Diploma in SCM or a related field is preferred to join this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in logistics administration, warehouse operations, inventory control or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
• Experience preparing delivery, shipping, inventory or purchase documentation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange local deliveries for retail, online and commercial orders.
• Liaise with transport companies on collection and delivery schedules.
• Prepare delivery documents, shipping labels and supporting paperwork.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful shipments.
• Update order, shipment and delivery information in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate delivery matters with warehouse staff and internal departments.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record stock receipts, transfers and outgoing items in the inventory system.
• Place inventory in the assigned storage locations.
• Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory checks.
• Review stock differences and prepare discrepancy records.
• Maintain documentation for stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Carry out warehouse activities according to established storage and safety procedures.
• Prepare online customer orders for picking, packing and delivery.
• Check item codes, quantities and order information before dispatch.
• Print shipping labels and prepare courier documents.
• Update order fulfilment and dispatch status.
• Follow up with courier companies and internal teams on incomplete or delayed orders.
• Assist with changes to order fulfilment and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Update supplier records, quotations and order information.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and outstanding orders.
• Check supplier invoices and delivery documents against purchase orders.
• File purchasing and supplier‑related records.
• Compile reports relating to deliveries, inventory and order fulfilment.
• Maintain logistics, warehouse and purchasing records.
• Organize supporting documents for operational transactions.
• Provide administrative support for daily operations.
• Assist with stock, delivery and warehouse projects assigned by the Operations team.
