Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage order and delivery coordination, warehouse support and purchasing administration.

Work location is Ubi with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Salary is up to SGD 2,800 per month. You will handle local deliveries, liaise with transport partners, manage stock receipts, and ensure accurate documentation for orders and movements across systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics administration or warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Ability to prepare delivery, shipping, inventory or purchase documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local deliveries for retail, online and commercial orders.
• Liaise with transport companies on collection and delivery schedules.
• Prepare delivery documents, shipping labels and papers.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delays.
• Update order, shipment and delivery information in systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and internal teams on deliveries.
• Check incoming goods against orders and record stock movements.
• Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Prepare online orders for picking, packing and dispatch.
• Follow up with couriers and update fulfilment status.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documents and supplier records.
• Compile reports on deliveries, inventory and order fulfilment.
