Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Singapore to manage order fulfilment, coordinate local deliveries and support warehouse activities.

The role focuses on efficient inventory control, documentation, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Working schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm at the Ubi location, with salary up to SGD 2,800 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics administration and coordination is preferred.
• Experience preparing delivery, shipping, inventory documentation.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Arrange local deliveries for orders and coordinate with transport companies.
• Check stock, update inventory records and support warehouse processes.
• Process online orders for picking, packing and dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing and supplier documentation.
• Provide administrative support for daily logistics operations.
