The role requires managing exception declarations, following up on shipment holds, and responding to inquiries to ensure timely customs clearance for customers.

Applicants should be immediately available, commit to a 5-day workweek, and expect overtime regularly. Proficiency in Excel is essential for reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs declarations at set rates per day and hour with full compliance.
• Maintain accounts for exception declarations.
• Follow up on daily shipment holds and resolve issues to clear customs.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries related to brokerage services.
• Prepare reports to meet customers' timelines.

• Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.
• Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.
• Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance
• Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services
• Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

Requirements:

• Able to start work immediately
• 5 working day
• Possess good work ethics and positive attitude
• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
• Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must
• Expect overtime on a regular basis
