The role requires immediate availability, ability to work five days, and willingness to work overtime; Excel is essential to prepare reports and manage data. You will respond to enquiries, maintain accounts for exception declarations, and ensure timely processing of shipments.

• Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage-related services.
• Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines
