Zuellig Pharma Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Transport & System Management professional to coordinate warehousing logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery operations using SAP.

You will monitor FarEye compliance, analyze delivery data, and present insights to leadership, collaborating with third-party transport providers and the internal dispatch team to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in transport planning, control tower operations, or logistics dispatch.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare or GDP-compliant environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP, TMS, EPOD, and FarEye (or similar GPS tracking systems).
• Advanced Excel skills for analytics, formulas, and charts.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and time-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate transport and system management across ZP warehouses to align operations.
• Troubleshoot operational and system issues quickly to keep daily logistics running smoothly.
• Monitor FarEye compliance and track-and-trace metrics for reliable deliveries.
• Run data extraction and analytics to identify gaps and prepare performance insights for leadership.
