Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Officer to oversee daily transport operations, system integrations across Singapore warehouses, and ensure seamless product flow with strong compliance. You will leverage SAP, FarEye and other tools to monitor performance, prepare insights and collaborate with internal teams and third‑party providers to drive logistics improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, SCM, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years in transport planning, control tower, or logistics dispatch.
• GDP/compliant pharma/healthcare experience is a plus.
• Hands-on SAP, TMS, EPOD, FarEye proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transport operations and system integrations across Singapore warehouses.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep daily logistics running smoothly.
• Analyze delivery data and prepare performance metrics and vendor scorecards.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, Customer Service, and Dispatch Team for logistics needs.
