Job summary

LEGEND GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry and administration support specialist to join the ISO Tank team in Singapore. You will enter and maintain shipment and customer data, verify accuracy, and support documentation and reporting tasks.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and a 6–12 month temporary contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in data entry, administration, shipping, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of data.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to commit to a 6-12 months temporary contract.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update ISO Tank shipment, booking, customer, and operational data in internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of tank movements, booking details, schedules, and related documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission or update.
• Review shipping and operational documents and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Support documentation processes related to ISO Tank operations.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with data clean-up, backlog updates, and routine reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams for data clarification where required.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of operational and customer information.
• Provide general administrative support to the ISO Tank team as needed.
